Burbank is a city in Cook County, located approximately 16
miles southwest of the downtown Chicago Loop, with
convenient access to Route 20, Route 43, and Interstates 294
and 55. Public transportation via train is available approximately
three and one-half miles east at either the Ashburn or
Wrightwood Metra stations. PACE bus stops are conveniently
positioned along 79th Street, steps from the building. For
domestic and international travel purposes, Midway International
Airport is approximately five miles northeast of the asset.
 

The local Jewel-Osco, ALDI, CVS, Menards, Chipotle, Culver's,
Panera, Dunkin', and Starbucks are all within a two-mile radius of
the property. In addition, Chicago Ridge Mall and AMC Chicago
Ridge 6 are three miles south. Reavis High School is one block
west of the asset, and Rice Park is immediately adjacent to the
east.
